Patty Torres

Patty Torres is a passionate follower of Jesus Christ, a wife of 29 years, and the mother of three kids.
I had the privilege of homeschooling my kids the past 13 years until they all graduated.  Preparing my kids spiritually has been one of my most important concerns, and I thank God that through homeschooling I have been able to not only give them a good academic foundation but also a strong spiritual foundation. My passion is to make disciples for Christ and teach God’s word.  I have been discipling and teaching women for the past 20 years, and I also had the privilege of serving at my church for three years as the children’s ministry director, and as one of the teachers of children’s ministry. I was born in Lima, Peru and came to the United States when I was a teenager.  I thank God that I heard the gospel in this beautiful country and became a Christian. It has been a blessing to be bilingual because it has allowed me to reach the English and Spanish speaking communities with the gospel.
